Egypt and the United States Sign US$125 Million Economic Cooperation Agreement

On 5 November, Egypt and the United States announced a US$125 million Strategic Objective Agreement aimed at strengthening private-sector growth and economic cooperation. Priority areas include agriculture, food security, education, healthcare, water security and workforce development. Individual project allocations have not yet been disclosed. The agreement creates opportunities for international contractors, development consultants and private-sector partners.
