Tirana Bypass Advances with More Than 50% of Contracted Work Completed

On 6 November, Prime Minister Edi Rama inspected the 21-kilometre Tirana Bypass and reported that construction on the first two contracted lots had passed 50% completion. The remaining 11-kilometre section is expected to receive EBRD financing, including a proposed Western Balkans Investment Framework grant of approximately €53 million, subject to the financing agreement. The project creates opportunities for road contractors, engineering firms and material suppliers. HPC can support procurement research, project coordination and infrastructure investment analysis.
